TARA ITI GLASSHOUSE

The Tara Iti development surrounds the exclusive Tara Iti golf course in Mangawhai, which is tipped to be one of the best in the world. The multi-million-dollar beachfront accommodation (ranging from $2-4 million dollars each) feature bespoke precast concrete paving supplied by Jagas. Darby Partners commissioned Jagas to manufacture concrete paving samples for the extensive Tara Iti development project. Their design brief specified that the paving tiles should incorporate Pakiri sand and other local raw materials. Jagas created six custom concrete mixes designed especially for the project – the selected paving tile was named Tara Iti .Custom moulds were created to cast the concrete paving in various sizes for different areas of the development, and the precast tiles were finalised with a sandblasted finish for a natural look and pleasant feel.
